Booking and Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Prices are listed in British pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.

Our tutoring services are designed to support learning and exam preparation. We cannot guarantee specific academic results or exam grades. Success depends on multiple factors including student effort, prior knowledge, and institutional requirements.

User Conduct

We maintain strict safeguarding policies for all sessions involving minors. All tutors undergo appropriate background checks. Sessions with students under 18 require parental consent and may involve parental presence or third-party supervision as appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

violet-glade provides educational services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
